1 Privacy Policy Statement​

This privacy policy applies to the CanGoal application (referred to as "the App"), which is developed and operated by Zaozao Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "we" or "CanGoal"). The App is designed to help you record and manage personal goals, providing convenient organization and retrieval functions. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data.

The App does not require registration or a login. All user data is stored in your Apple iCloud account. We do not collect, use, or share your personal data. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you about how we handle data related to the App and how you can manage the data stored in iCloud.

CanGoal is an offline application that does not require an account registration or login. All data related to the App (such as your goal records) is stored in your Apple iCloud account and is processed exclusively on your device locally or on iCloud. We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, or other data that could identify you.

2.1 Data Storage​

  • Local Storage: The App may store temporary data on your device to ensure smooth operation and a seamless user experience. This data is limited to technical information required for the App's functionality and does not contain any personally identifiable information.

  • iCloud Storage: Your goal records and other related data are automatically synced to your iCloud account. This data is protected by Apple's privacy policy and is accessible only by you through your Apple ID. We cannot access or control this data.

2.2 Data We Don't Collect​

We do not collect the following information:

  • Personally identifiable information (such as name, address, phone number, email, etc.)

  • Device identifiers (such as IMEI, MAC address, IP address, etc.)

  • Log information or any data used for behavior tracking

  • Any sensitive information that could identify you

2.3 User Control​

You can manage the data related to the App in iCloud at any time:

  • To delete the App's data from iCloud, go to iCloud settings, find the data related to CanGoal, and delete it.

  • Uninstalling the App will remove the local data on your device but will not affect the data in iCloud.

3 Data Security and Management​

3.1 Data Storage​

All data related to the App is stored on your device or in your iCloud account. We do not own or control server-side access to this data. The storage and security of iCloud data are the responsibility of Apple and are protected by their privacy policy.

3.2 Data Deletion​

  • Local Data: Uninstalling the App will automatically delete all local data on your device.

  • iCloud Data: You can manually delete data related to the App at any time in your iCloud settings.

  • Purchase History: In-app purchase records are tied to your Apple ID. Uninstalling the App will not affect your purchase rights. You can use the same Apple ID to reinstall the App and restore your purchases.

3.3 Data Security​

We take the following measures to ensure the security of the App:

  • The App only processes data locally on your device and does not transmit any data to our servers.

  • All data transfers to and from iCloud use encryption technology provided by Apple.

  • We do not store or process any information that could identify you.

4 Updates to the Privacy Policy​

We may revise this privacy policy as a result of App feature updates or changes in laws and regulations. We will notify you of any revisions through in-app notifications or on our official website (if applicable). Your continued use of the App signifies your agreement to be bound by the updated privacy policy.
