1 Confirmation and Effectiveness of the Terms of Service​

These terms apply to the "CanGoal" product from Zaozao Island Technology Co., Ltd. In app stores and in the context of these terms, the company will be referred to as "Zaozao Co." or "we." The "CanGoal" App refers to the mobile terminal software and services legally owned and operated by Zaozao Technology Co., Ltd. The ownership and operation rights of "CanGoal" belong to us.

1.1 Effectiveness of the Terms​

By using "CanGoal" and its services, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this agreement, and have reached an agreement with us, becoming a "CanGoal" user. If you do not agree with any content of this agreement, or cannot accurately understand the interpretation of these terms, please do not use or perform any actions. Otherwise, your use or any action will be deemed as acceptance of the constraints of this agreement. This agreement is indivisible; using "CanGoal" and its services implies consent to all its contents. Otherwise, please do not use or perform any actions.

2 Software and Service Usage Rights​

2.1 For Personal Use Only​

"CanGoal" is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Selling "CanGoal" or any related or derivative data, services, or redemption codes requires written permission from Zaozao Co.

2.2 Software License​

Applications and in-app purchases provided through software stores (such as the App Store) are licensed to you, not sold. You accept and understand that while you can "purchase" these in-app items, the actual ownership remains with the product developer, and you only acquire a limited right of use. If you violate these terms, your usage license may be revoked, and you may face corresponding legal liabilities.

2.3 Platform-Specific License Restrictions​

Our service license is strictly limited to the specific platform on which it was originally distributed. For example, a license obtained through a purchase on the iOS platform is limited to use on the iOS platform and does not grant authorization to exercise that license on any other platform. Any license and rights granted on one platform are not transferable across platforms, nor can it be inferred that other platforms will offer the same products or have the same service conditions.

2.4 Exceptions to Platform-Specific License Restrictions​

An exception to the platform-specific license restrictions in 2.3 is stated here:

  • The "CanGoal - Premium Can" in-app purchase is universal across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. This means that if you purchase the Premium Can rights on any of these Apple system platforms, it will be valid on the others, without requiring a duplicate purchase or additional payment. The purchasing mechanism provided by Apple will handle this automatically.

3 Intellectual Property Rights​

The intellectual property rights of the "CanGoal" software and services belong to us. The user acknowledges that Zaozao Co. owns all rights to "CanGoal," including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" refers to all rights stipulated in patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, anti-unfair competition law, and all their applications, updates, extensions, and restorations, whether currently or in the future implemented and effective globally. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate "CanGoal," create derivative works of "CanGoal," or obtain the source code from "CanGoal" through decompilation, reverse engineering, disassembly, or other means. You agree not to delete, obscure, or alter the copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices of Zaozao Co. or any third party.

4 How We Handle Your Data​

"CanGoal" is an offline application; we do not collect, store, or access any of your personal information or in-app data. All data is stored locally on your device or in Apple Inc.'s iCloud, for which you are solely responsible for management.

4.1 Your Data is Stored on Your Local Device or iCloud​

  • Any of your in-app data (such as goals, tasks, timers, habits, etc.) is stored locally on your device. As developers, we have no right to access this data.

  • If you enable iCloud synchronization, your data will be stored on the iCloud cloud service provided by Apple, using your iCloud space. As developers, we also have no right to access this data.

  • "CanGoal" will not ask you to provide any personal information, including but not limited to your name, gender, email, phone number, or address.

  • You have 100% control over your data, and at the same time, you are responsible for it. If your device malfunctions or has other issues, the developer cannot help you recover your data.

  • Important Note: To protect your privacy, the data generated within the "CanGoal" App is tied to your Apple ID. If you switch your Apple ID and have not enabled iCloud synchronization, your in-app data may be automatically deleted by Apple's security policies. Please proceed with caution (this will not affect your purchases and subscriptions).

4.2 In-App Data Protection​

We do not use any servers to store or process your in-app data. All your data is securely stored on your local device or in iCloud. We take measures to ensure the app does not transmit any data to external servers. Your control and privacy rights over this data are fully respected and protected at all times. However, we will not provide additional protection for local device or iCloud data; we trust and entrust that your data is protected and properly stored by you and Apple.

5 Matters of Software and Service Usage​

5.1 Usage Guidelines​

You shall be responsible for your use of this software. You may not use any unauthorized or unapproved plugins, systems, programs, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of this service, including but not limited to using automated scripts to interfere with the app or consume large amounts of system resources.

You may not use or target this service to perform any actions that endanger device security, including but not limited to:

  • Illegally intruding into devices, interfering with normal device functions, stealing local data, or other activities that endanger device security;

  • Providing programs or tools specifically for engaging in activities that endanger device security, such as intruding into devices or interfering with normal device functions;

  • Using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized devices/accounts;

  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the weaknesses of this service system or device without permission, or other actions that compromise device security;

  • Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this service system or software, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or other actions that disrupt normal device information services;

  • Copying, imitating, modifying, translating, adapting, lending, selling, sublicensing, or reverse-engineering, reverse-assembling, compiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of this service and related services;

  • Other actions that violate laws, regulations, agreements, our related rules, and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

6 In-App Purchases​

6.1 Premium Can Membership Service​

Enabling the Premium Can membership service means you can unlock premium features within the "CanGoal" App, and you will be charged a fee. This payment is processed through Apple's App Store, and you actively purchase the corresponding virtual items through the App Store. You are obligated to ensure that the funds for your chosen payment channel are legally yours. If Apple provides us with feedback about an anomaly in your payment account, we may suspend or terminate your membership service.

6.2 Price Adjustments​

We may adjust our prices upwards or downwards based on our operational needs.

  • Price adjustments will not affect previous purchases; we will not ask you to make up the price difference or issue a refund.

Please note: The strike-through price for in-app items refers to a previously displayed price for that virtual service, which may not be a historical price, and is for reference only.

6.3 Purchase Notes​

  • You can choose to subscribe to an annual plan or a one-time purchase plan based on your actual usage.

  • Payment will be charged to your iTunes account or Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.

  • The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the renewal fee will be determined.

  • Users can manage subscriptions, and auto-renewal can also be turned off in the user's "Account Settings" after purchase.

  • If any unused portion of a free trial period is offered, it will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that portion, where applicable.

  • If you do not purchase an auto-renewing subscription, you can still use our application normally. After the subscription expires, any unlocked content will remain available for normal use.

  • Minors should make purchases with the explicit consent and authorization of a parent.

  • If you purchase a lifetime membership after subscribing, you need to manually cancel the subscription (as we cannot cancel it for you), otherwise, it will be automatically charged in the next billing cycle.

  • For virtual products, refunds are not accepted.

6.4 Scope of Service​

  • Enabling the Premium Can membership service means you can unlock premium features within the "CanGoal" App. While you "purchase" the CanGoal membership, the actual ownership remains with the product developer, and you only acquire a limited right of use.

  • Limited scope of service explanation: Whether you are a subscribing member or a "Permanent Premium Can Member," you obtain the right to use the current features of the "CanGoal" application. You are not entitled to demand feature updates, urgent bug fixes, or other software development services from the developer.

  • Limited service under force majeure: "CanGoal" is software developed within the Apple system. If Apple or its system is unable to continue providing support for you, "CanGoal" will also be unable to continue providing support due to this force majeure and shall not be held liable.

  • The rights of "CanGoal" purchases are tied to the Apple ID you are logged into in the App Store. The purchase rights will only be active when you are logged in with the same Apple ID in the App Store.

6.5 Independence of Advertisements​

Any functions and qualities implied or explicitly stated in advertisements and promotions do not represent the final effect. Please make your purchase after fully experiencing the basic functions.

7 Service Changes​

The "CanGoal" developer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the service at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to the user. The user accepts that Zaozao Co. exercises the right to change, suspend, or terminate the service, and Zaozao Co. is not liable to the user or any third party.

8 Limitation of Liability​

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that your use of the "CanGoal" application is entirely at your own risk.

9 Computer Software and Data Liability​

The user understands and agrees to voluntarily choose to download and use "CanGoal" and all third-party software provided with or through "CanGoal," at their own risk. The user shall be fully responsible for any damage to computer systems or loss of data caused by the download or use of "CanGoal" and such third-party software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zaozao Co. expressly disclaims all other types of warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory; including but not limited to any implied warranties and liabilities of merchantability, fitness, reliability, accuracy, completeness, non-virus, and freedom from errors.

9.1 Personal Injury and Damage Liability​

To the extent not prohibited by law, "CanGoal" is a utility tool, and in no event shall Zaozao Co. and its licensors be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zaozao Co. shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages or claims (including but not limited to damages for personal injury, for loss of privacy, for failure to fulfill any duty including good faith or reasonable care, for negligence, and for any other pecuniary loss or other loss) arising out of the user's use of "CanGoal," or in any way related to Zaozao Co.'s products and services.

9.2 Warranty Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted and not prohibited by applicable law, Zaozao Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors make no representations or warranties to you that:

  • Your use of the software or service will meet your requirements;

  • Your use of the software or service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors;

  • Any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the related software or service will be accurate or reliable;

  • Defects in the operation or functionality of any software provided to you as part of the related software or service will be corrected.

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that your use of the licensed application is entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the licensed application and any services provided or performed by the licensed application are provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. The licensor hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the licensed application and any services, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third-party rights. Any oral or written information or advice given by the licensor or its authorized representative shall not create a warranty.

9.3 Suggestions and Improvements​

If the user has any comments on "CanGoal," or suggestions on how to improve it, they can submit them to us. Please note that by doing so, you also grant Zaozao Co. and third parties the right to use and incorporate your suggestions or comments or related copyrights in "CanGoal" (or third-party software) free of charge.

The user agrees to protect and uphold the interests of Zaozao Co. and is responsible for paying attorney fees, compensation for damages, government fines, and other infringement compensation fees arising from the user's violation of these terms of service.

The above terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of a dispute, the user and Zaozao Co. unanimously agree to submit the dispute to the People's Court in the location of Zaozao Co.
