☁️ Data Sync

CanGoal is designed exclusively for the Apple ecosystem. There are no accounts, and no login is required.

App data is backed up and synced via iCloud Drive by default.

CanGoal's data is stored in two places: iCloud Drive and your local device. To protect your privacy, CanGoal does not have a server and does not collect, store, or use any of your data.
By syncing data via iCloud, you can access and sync data across multiple devices, and keep it permanently stored on your iCloud Drive.
You can turn off iCloud sync in Settings, and data will be stored only on your local device.
In rare extreme cases, such as when iCloud storage is full, local storage is full, or the iCloud account is repeatedly switched, data loss may occur. But don't worry, CanGoal has an automatic backup function that backs up data on your local device.
- How to restore a backup: Settings -> iCloud Sync -> Data Backup -> Select the latest backup and tap Restore.
Please note that if you have not enabled iCloud sync, do not uninstall the CanGoal App, otherwise data will be lost.
