Focus Timer

The Focus Timer is a built-in feature of CanGoal. It is enabled by default if you choose the ice cream character, "Liz". For other characters, you can manually enable it in the settings.

Creating Goals with "Liz"

Since Liz is an ice cream, she is very sensitive to time. Your timing needs to be precise so she won't melt!

Starting the Focus Timer

Simply tap the focus button on each task in the "Timing Panel" to enter the focus mode.

You can choose between a stopwatch (count up) and a timer (count down). The default is a 25-minute countdown. Don't forget to take a break after your focus session!

Enabling the Timer for Other Characters

You can manually enable the focus timer for any character.

All features are shared across the app, but we want to keep the interface clean and avoid cluttering every page. Therefore, enabling the focus timer for other goal types requires a quick extra step.

Tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the goal page to freely enable the Focus Panel feature.
